SCREEN ENCLOSURE & POOL CAGE
Aluminum frame structures built on a concrete footer/slab, pavers, or tile. These structures have screen walls and a screen roof. There are 5 different roof designs and 4 different wall designs. New construction and any modifications to the structure requires engineering, permitting, and a survey (modifications such as adding a picture window do not require a survey unless the foot print of the enclosure changes). You can also add kickplate coil/sheet metal to the lower part of the enclosure.
SCREEN ENCLOSURE RESTORATIONS
This option allows you to restore your faded screen enclosure and bring the vibrant colors back. The process is to remove all existing screens, replace any or all rusted fasteners, prep the area for painting, painting, then rescreening the enclosure.
Lanai & Patio
Aluminum framed screen room that only has screen on the walls that is built under the truss or tie beam of your house structure. There are 2 designs for this installation. You can also add kickplate coil/sheet metal to the lower part of the lanai.
FRONT ENTRYWAY
Aluminum framed screened porch with a screen door at your front door. Most people have one of these to create a breezeway through their front door through to their back lanai or windows during the cooler winter months. Also, to keep out the bugs by their front door that make their way inside. Often times people desire a more decorative, custom screen door.
CONCRETE ANCHOR & SCREW REPLACEMENT
Replacing rusted screws and concrete anchors to ensure the integrity of a structure during strong winds and hurricanes. There are different options for concrete anchors and screws to choose from when replacing them. The stainless steel screws are usually recommendation.
POOL CABLES
Pool Cables Essential to most screen enclosures. Pool cables are designed to keep screen enclosures from being pushed over in high winds. If your pool cables are frayed or have detached from the concrete at the ground, then give us a call and we will repair or replace it.
FLORIDA ROOMS
Made with insulated roof panels that are strong enough to walk on, you can get panels with a fan beam to run electric and mount a fan to the ceiling. The wall design can be designed the same as any of the screen enclosure wall designs. The pan roof product can also be used as a more affordable covering, but is not strong enough to walk on and does to have a fan beam.
SCREEN DOOR & HARDWARE
Screen door handles, hydraulic pumps, bug sweeps and kick plate can all be replaced on the screen doors.. Also, Adding a screen door to an existing screen wall, removing a screen door and replacing the aluminum for a continuous look.
